Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges
We will gladly replace items that arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us to arrange a swift exchange.

Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, final-sale items, and promotional products are not eligible for return.
